Hai Vuong Factory and Office Building
With an area of 24,800 square meters, Hai Vuong Co., Ltd. premises host an office building, one processing plant, four cold storages with a capacity of about 400 MT at -35oC and one cooling storehouse at -35oC with capacity of 9,000MT. The plant is equipped with more than 20 band-saw machines, 3 airblast quick freezers, 2 CO rooms, a chiller room, a canteen and break rooms for employees. Hai Vuong is able to process about 65MT of raw materials each day.
Dragon Waves Factory and Office Building
Dragon Waves Frozen Food Factory Co., Ltd with an area of 21,300 square meters, is comprised of four separate structures including an office building, a processing plant, an accommodation building for employees and a canteen. The processing plant is separately used for fresh/frozen and pre-cook products and equipped with 50 band saw machines, 2 super-cooling storehouses at -60oC of about 300MT, 3 deep-freezing tunnels for IQF products at -45oC, 1 airblast freezing system of -70oC, 4 cooling storehouses at -35oC with capacity of 1,500 MT, 1 steaming room, 1 CO room and 1 chiller room for treating CO. Dragon Waves is able to process about 100MT of raw materials each day.
Nha Trang Bay Factory and Office Building
Nha Trang Bay Joint Stock Company with an area of 20,100 square meters, is comprised of five separate structures including an office building, a processing plant, a cooling storehouse, an accommodation building and a canteen. The processing plant is separately used for fresh/frozen and pre-cook products and equipped with 40 band saw machines, 5 airblast quick freezers, 1 steaming room, 1 CO room and 1 chiller room for treating CO. The cooling storehouse consisting of 3 seperate stores at -55oC with capacity 2,000MT. Nha Trang Bay is able to process about 100MT of raw materials each day.
Tuna Vietnam Factory and Office Building
Tuna Vietnam Co., Ltd with an area of 25,000 square meters, is comprised of eight separate structures including an office building, a processing plant, a fish powder plant, a fish meal plant, a cold storage, a warehouse, an accommodation building for employees and a canteen. The processing plant is separately used for fresh/frozen, pre-cook, canned and pouch products. The cold storage consists of 6 separate rooms at -35oC with total capacity of 1,500 MT. Tuna Vietnam is able to process about 90MT of raw materials each day.
